A personal online dashboard built to keep everything you use every day in one organized place.
TabNook is a personal online dashboard designed to keep the information you use every day—websites, tasks, notes, documents, ideas, and more—in one place. It gives you a visual, structured way to organize what matters, capture things quickly, track progress, and manage different kinds of information without relying on endless menus or a browser full of open tabs.
Sometimes you build something because you need it, and that’s exactly how TabNook started.
I’m a creature of habit, and I’ve always liked having things organized. I used to use iGoogle before Google shut it down. What I liked was having a single start page where everything was laid out—work, personal, hobbies—all in one place.
When that went away, I looked for alternatives. I tried a couple of options, but over time they either felt dated or didn’t quite do what I needed.
Eventually, I decided to stop looking and build my own.
For a long time, I was the only one using it. Anytime I ran into something that didn’t work the way I wanted—or something I wished it could do—I added it.
It just grew naturally from there, based on actually using it day in and day out.
TabNook has come a long way. With helpful feedback from family and friends, it has grown far beyond what I originally had in mind.
My goal with TabNook is simple: make it useful, listen to feedback, and keep improving it over time.
I hope you find TabNook useful and that it actually earns a spot in your daily routine.
If you have ideas, feedback, or run into a problem, feel free to reach out.
